Machined from investment-cast ASTM A351 CF8M stainless steel, every FB-2P valve pairs a mirror-polished full-port ball with reinforced PTFE seats to deliver bubble-tight shutoff across the full pressure and temperature envelope. The two-piece body allows in-line servicing without breaking downstream piping — a small detail that saves hours in real maintenance windows.
A blowout-proof stem, anti-static device and ISO 5211 direct-mount pad make the valve immediately compatible with pneumatic or electric actuation, whether it sits on a skid, a chemical dosing line or a fire-protection standpipe. Each unit is hydrostatically tested to 1.5× its rated pressure and pneumatically seat-tested per API 598 before it ever leaves the factory floor.
